Narrative Writing Assignment

This was by far the hardest and easiest paper all at the same time. Mentally this was so hard yet so beautiful. All of this was a true story and I may have gotten caught up in it, especially since those feelings are so fresh. I found myself having to leave this one a couple of times. I wrote this one more like I would talk and the long paragraphs are a perfect example of how I would talk. But now I know that it is not the best way! I think it may also be interesting to play around with transitions and the timeline in this piece. My transitions were to basically state the date and I displayed it in chronological order, but It could be cool if I portrayed some of it as a flashback. I’m just not sure if it would make as much sense to the reader unless it was done really well.
